Relación entre la resiliencia, el bienestar psicológico y la satisfacción familiar en universitarios atendidos en servicios universitarios de atención psicológica
Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la relación entre la resiliencia, el bienestar psicológico y la satisfacción familiar, en estudiantes universitarios asistentes al servicio de atención psicológica de una universidad chilena, bajo el entendido de que dichas variables pueden ser factores protectores relevantes de la salud mental, pues favorecen el desarrollo adaptativo y funcional de las personas. La investigación tiene un alcance correlacional y posee un diseño no experimental transversal. En ella participaron 123 estudiantes. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Resiliencia Connor-Davidson, la Escala de Bienestar Psicológico de Ryff y la Escala de Satisfacción Familiar de Olson y Wilson. Los resultados muestran correlaciones significativas entre las tres variables centrales del estudio, siendo particularmente fuertes entre el bienestar psicológico y la resiliencia, pero con una fuerza moderada entre estas variables y la satisfacción familiar. Se concluye que se podría intervenir en el fortalecimiento de la resiliencia como un factor promotor del bienestar psicológico estudiantil en población usuaria de servicios psicológicos, teniendo como referencia la funcionalidad y satisfacción con la familia.
